We ship WORLDWIDE! If you do not see your country listed at checkout, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly help you out. All prices stated on the website will be billed in CAD.
Please note that these are estimated arrivals times. We do not guarantee on time delivery. Weekends and public holidays are not included.
XCLU is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.

Duties and Taxes:
There are no duties or customs fees at delivery to the USA or CANADA.
International packages may be subject to duties and taxes. These fees are to be paid by the customer.
How can I track my order?
Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a shipping notification containing your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number you may visit the shipping carriers' websites and enter tracking number to see the updated shipping status.
We do not offer credit card refunds. All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an e-gift card. The store credit does not expire and may be used to purchase any item from our store.
In order for us to approve your return, it must meet the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
- Item(s) must be unworn and undamaged. Washing or altering the item(s) in any way is considered damaging it.
- Stains such as makeup, deodorant, or residue found upon inspection will not be eligible for an exchange/store credit. The return package will be returned back to you at your own costs.
- Item(s) must be returned in original condition.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
Please visit your local postal office to purchase a return shipping label. All return shipping costs are to be held responsible by the customer. We are not responsible for the loss of your item(s) being returned. For your protection and in case of any loss or damage, please ensure your return package is insured and has a tracking number.
You will receive an email when your return is received and your store credit or exchange has been processed.
Note: Make sure to keep a copy of your shipping receipt. Should there be any issues with the shipment of your return, this will serve as your proof of shipment.
